Expectation and the rest of the stress in life that goes along with it.

It is often said that what others expect of you shouldn't matter, but we all know that it weighs heavy on most of our minds from time to time.  And you cannot go a day or two, where the expectations of others do not effect you in some way.

Take work for instance, you are expected to go (the nerve), and while there, depending on your career, you are expected to yield some sort of result while on company time.  EXPECTATIONS.

Now for expectations from your family and friends.  These expectations are too vast to try and name them all, but no doubt if you have family and friends, you have experienced a few.

No matter what the expectation, or who it is from, remember that YOU are living YOUR life. As far as we know, you only get ONE, so make the best of it.

“I do my thing and you do yours. I am not in this world to live up to your expectations, and you are not in this world to live up to mine. You are you and I am I, and if by chance we find each other, then it is beautiful. If not, it can't be helped.” ~Gestalt Prayer

As they say, "A word to the wise ain't necessary - it's the stupid ones that need the advice."

When someone tells you that "You have changed." Do not fret, it just means that you have stopped living your life their way. Keep on, keeping on. Keep moving forward, and by all means...do what makes you happy.

Do not let the expectations of others dictate your thoughts or actions.

Have a great day and remember...if all else fails...fake a seizure. (Works every time!)

Until then.......
