Happy New Year 2011!!!

A very wise man I know wrote this in an e-mail, and I would like to share it with all of you. Dennis is his name and he is a great man.
"Happy New Year! Well, almost – tomorrow -- a time when the world is filled with resolutions, many of which do not last very long. I have a theory of why that is true and why I do not make resolutions (haven’t for the last ten years). The human mind is very optimistic and we do not project very well into the future. Think about this: newlyweds don’t fret about divorce; teens do not fear loss of vision, hearing, or other age related illnesses; new parents worry, the natural tendency is to worry about the child getting ill, not fretting that your bouncing baby may one day be an unemployed 30 year old who sleeps on your basement couch. People are optimistic and the young invincible. All that is a good thing and a reason to hope and be better. (Okay, I do have one resolution as I always try to be positive and optimistic, I just do not think of it as a resolution.)"
Happy New Year from Minnesota, U.S.A and end of this decade!

Little more than 6 hours left of 2010! Hold those you love really close, and save a special place for those you cannot. I miss several of you very much, and you know who you are...if you think it could be you...it probably is! God Bless and Happy New Year! Let the countdown begin....

Until then....................
